Peace Museum Vienna

The museum attempts to contribute to achieving world peace through maintaining a physical place dedicated to fostering a culture of peace, by raising public awareness to the issues surrounding world peace.

The Peace Museum Vienna includes a meeting point, an exhibition hall, a center for the presentation of movies, slide shows and multi-media productions. It will have a fine, small library, a videotheque, the café de la Paix de Vienne, an educational focus point for schoolchildren, students, teachers and professors.

The Peace Museum Vienna intends to have a true and lasting impact on its visitors. It wishes to send a clear and simple message to its visitors, ranging from schoolchildren to politicians: Peace! How can I, as a single human being promote and contribute to peace?
