Belgium’s longest lasting Christmas market returns to the streets of Liege for a month long Christmas party for the whole family!

  • Located in the central hub of Place Saint-Lambert, the streets of Liege transform into Belgium’s biggest and oldest Christmas Village! The Christmas market is over a month long from the end of November through the end of December. We guarantee you’ll get you into the Christmas spirit.
  • Tradition done well: As the oldest market in the country, Liege knows how to keep it classic. Look up! Everywhere you look there are Christmas decorations hanging above as you stroll through the streets. Look around you and you’ll see Walloon and French artisans lined up in the market stalls ready to supply you with all of your Christmas necessities.
  • While you’re taking in all of the Christmas vibes, make sure to check out the traditional Christmas food! They’ve got you covered with oysters, raclette, cured meats, blood sausage, gingerbread, chocolate, Christmas beer, and of course mulled wine!
