Monts de Arts means “Hill of the arts” in English. Come by to see the Brussels Town Hall and the Grand-Place, plus the lovely garden of Mont des Arts itself. Mont des Arts was made back in 1910 after King Leopold II commissioned the creation of Monts Des Arts by Jules Vacherot for Expo 58.
Mont des Arts is a popular tourist spot in Brussels thanks to its scenery and views it offers of the city. While it's a bit touristy, the nighttime view is worth it!
