A 14th century castle nestled into the Warche Valley, Reinhardstein Castle is open for tours and is a great sight to see on local hikes.

Once owned by a local lord and nobility, this 14th century fortress was saved from demolition by a professor and a team of volunteers and local crafters back in the groovy 1970s. These days, the castle is fully rebuilt and in excellent shape.
