Guaiamundo Bar e Restaurante

In August of 2010, Cristiano Nascimento, who already commanded Corisco & Dadá (traditional "foot of saw" of the north zone), took one more step to provide to the public lover of crustaceans, well-fed products and well presented.

The restaurant Guaiamundo Bar, in Casa Forte, brought a more eclectic menu. The house, which stood out for the variety of cevados and the good service, started to bet on different tidbits like the winner in the Roda de Boteco Festival, Achadinho de Camarão.

Another innovation was to bring the Corisco & Dadá dish to the Guaiamundo Bar menu. The caldinho, came into the house and was successful. The delight is composed of boiling black bean stew and quail egg cooked in the broth itself and in front of the customer.

Always seeking excellence in service, production and assembly of dishes, Guaiamundo Bar has been consolidating more and more and attracting new customers.
