Enjoy a fairytale cruise through the most picturesque channel in all of Prague.
Touristy places are great because we know that means there are lots of things to see. But for this river cruise, let’s get away from the tourists and take one of the more romantic and quieter boats.
The Certovka, or Devil's Channel, is part of the canal that separates Lesser Town from Kampa Island. It's a historic district of Prague that used to contain water mills and there's even one still in operation that you will float by. While you cruise down this narrow little channel, medieval homes seem to sprout straight out of the water. The views are pretty and you’re away from the tourists. Win win!
This river cruise is one of those times where bigger isn’t always better. The Devil’s Channel is quite narrow so it’s only a few of the boats that can actually get down it. The Elvira or Mistr Jan Hus are a few of the boats that go down the Devil’s Channel.
