Hotel Dania

Hotel Dania reviewed a major renovation in 2013, where we renovated our rooms so that they are now state-of-the-art. This means that you as a guest get an even bigger overall experience. The combination of the authentic reception and lounge, the state of the art rooms and of course our always high level of service.

Overlooking the square on one side of our historic building and overlooking one of Silkeborg Lakes on the back, we are about somebody, probably the city's central focal point.

The history of the hotel dates back to 1848, where we first hit the doors for the guesthouse. Over time, guest list has invited guests such as author H.C. Andersen and the Royal Danish Theater's great diva Johanne Louise Heiberg, as well as many, many more.
