The studio cottage features the following:

• Sleeping area w. double bed* and room for storing your clothes
• Small kitchen, with everything necessary to make your own meals.
• Dining table for 4 people overlooking the garden
• Lounge area with views of the cozy terrace and garden.
• Bath room with shower
• Private entrance and hall.
• TV + DVD player and DVD's
• Books + games
• Barbecue *Bringing small kids is possible. See note further down in text.

From the studio, you have access to a large private terrace facing south-east, which gives you a gorgeous morning sun and light through-out the day. Terrace is equipped table, chairs and relaxing chairs.

Included in you stay, FREE OF CHARGE, you'll find:

• Coffee and tea
• Bed linen
• Towels + kitchentowels
• Welcome packet
• Tourist guides
• End cleaning

We offer (FOR A FEE) the following at you convenience:

• Breakfast: A fully served or a “cook self” option. Order upon arrival
• Minibar with wine, beer, soda and snacks.
• Wash & dryer load

BRINGING KIDS: Even the cottage is only equipped with a double bed and listed for 2 people, we still invite you to bring small kids. The couch can be used as a bed for a small kid, and it is possible to rent a mobile crib (15 Euro pr. stay). You only have to bring you own duvets and linen for your kids. We also have a high chair at your disposal. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions regarding this.

Guest Access: You'll have the cottage to you self and we do not have any other rentals on the farm at the moment. You have, as mentioned, access to you own private terrace and are welcome to use our large garden(5000 m2) , where you can enjoy walks around the pond or let your kids play in the garden

Interaction with Guests: Since we work and live on the farm, we'll be here most of the time and only a phone call away. We'll be happy to recommend you places to see and attractions to visit. As creative people living in the country, we always have lots of things and projects going on. If you're interested, we would love to show you what we are working on. We would also love to sit down, relax and get to know you guys :-)

Nabolaget

Neighborhood: We are located just north of Aarhus with 15 min to city center, where you'll find great shopping and old streets with cozy little coffee shops. The beach is only a 10 min drive and you can enjoy walks in the woods just a mile up the road. A couple of minutes by car, you'll find Lystrup, a small city with several food-markets.

We offer lots of attraction and leisure in the area. This is only a short list, more and in-depth info will be provided upon arrival:

Aarhus City, Kalø Golfbane, Kaløvig havn, Kalø Slotsruin, Mollerup Golfbane, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard, Tivoli Friheden, Aros, Djurssommerlan, Fregatten Jylland, Randers regnskov, beaches and beautilful nature on Mols and Djursland

Getting Around: Aarhus city center is reached by car in 15 min. There's also a bus stop close by, where bus nr 18 will take you to the city center in 35 min. Highway is just 2 minutes away.

Aarhus Airport and train station is close by, and we are happy to arrange pick-up and drop-off for a fee.

Other Things to Note: Morning on the Farm B&B is located secluded in the country and with very little noise from others. It's the perfect place to enjoy the quiet life, but we do want to mention, that we have dogs, chickens, chick lets and a rooster all of which, at times, will make noise. We also have the pleasant visits of deer, rabbits and lots of different birds in our garden.
