Spanning over 170 hectares in the towns of Saint Antonin du Var Entrecasteaux and at the beginning of the foothills of the Verdon Gorges, the Domaine de Château Mentone has 27 hectares of vineyard classified among the oldest of appellation "Côtes de Provence". Located in the Highlands, the vines benefit from a terroir and a specific climate, conducive to offer genuine wines for aging. Converted into biodynamic since 2008, the vineyards of Château Mentone is all the more remarkable that it has seven of the eleven varieties of the appellation, deployed on almost century-old plots for some. This grape variety is both rich and singular allows the production of Côtes de Provence as well as white, rosé that red. This year, the grape harvest and wine making are certified Bio / Demeter.
The estate also offers guest rooms and cottages accommodating from 2 to 15 people. Fully flexible function rooms are privatized for private or business events.
The area of farm-inn welcomes you with menus developed from the vegetable garden products, orchard, chicken coop and the local producers.
