The history of the Patacrêpe restaurant began in Marseille in 1999 with the opening of the first restaurant Patacrêpe at Escale Borely (8th). Its origins: Serge Mahdessian and Pascal Valle are the two founders of the brand. Both passionate about pancakes, they had the idea to develop this new restaurant concept. A real success: In 2013, 16 restaurants PATACRÊPE in France and very good prospects for the years to come. .Its principles and values: Authenticity, quality, welcome, customer satisfaction, these are the hallmarks of the Patacrepe Quality Charter. In the kitchen, the dishes are original and tasty. Pancakes, Galichons, grills or desserts, everything is prepared on site, the brand using very few finished products. In each restaurant, the proposed pancakes are identical, both in their composition and in their presentation, in accordance with a written charter, defined by the founders of the brand.
