Dry Bridge (formerly a minor bridge ) - a bridge built in 1849-51 in Tbilisi . The author of the bridge project and the main builder is Giovanni Skudieri . After his death, the construction engineer Blix finished. The bridge was brought down to the 30-ies of the XX c. Under the bridge, it was flanked by the Mtkvari branch, which later divided the island of the Orbelian and later Madathov. The island disappeared due to the decline of the branch, and the bridge remained, and it was named "dry bridge".
