Not far from the historical city center Bamberg, on the edge of the garden city, one finds something hidden the golf course main moor forest.
Enchantingly nestled in the old trees of the main bog forest is the 9-hole course, which was created in the 60s by the then stationed Americans.
Despite the short tracks, the course has quite a problem. Narrow forest-surrounded fairways and greens defended by sand bunkers are always a challenge.
