Neuwied

With about 82 million inhabitants, Germany is the most populous member state of the European Union. Rhineland-Palatinate

The Golf Club Rhein Wied was founded in 1987. Situated high above the Rhine between Koblenz and Neuwied, the facility was built on the grounds of Gut Burghof, embedded in the typical landscape of the Rhine heights. The hilly topography offers many panoramic views over the Rhine plain to the Eifel and Hunsrück. A special experience in the late afternoon, when the low sun sets the place and panorama in a wonderful light.

With its secluded and peaceful location, the course ensures a restful and relaxing round of golf free of any car noise.

The course (par 72) with a length of 5008 m for ladies and 5629 m for men is rather short, but due to its hilly position always a challenge for the experienced golfer, without it being an insurmountable obstacle for the beginner. This challenge is also expressed in the relatively high slope value (ladies 132, men 139).
