Kaffeesapiens

We at Kaffeesapiens work with our own coffee blend, which the Cologne roaster Schamong obtains directly from coffee farmers in Panama, India and Brazil. The beans are roasted in Cologne-Ehrenfeld in the traditional way over a long period of time, which makes the coffee very digestible. In our café we pay attention to the perfect extraction in order to get the best out of the beans. At the "Brew Bar" we brew fresh filter coffee - and extract the coffee cold from the self-constructed "Cold Drip Tower".
