With about 82 million inhabitants, Germany is the most populous member state of the European Union. The picturesque Romantic Road begins in the northwestern city of Wurzburg, passes through rural villages and medieval towns, and ends in the foothills of the Alps, on the southern border of Germany. The Land is known for its lush mountainous landscapes, castles, Baroque towns and churches, as well as its famous beers. Bavaria hosts the headquarters of powerful companies such as BMW, Siemens, Allianz.

In the Schloderer, the unique beer has been traditionally brewed since 1998. When the wort is added to the cellar with the yeast, the fermentation begins. The alcohol is produced - with our master brewers paying particular attention to the purity of the alcohol. Then the ripening takes place in our storage tanks, where the noble drink is refined in cold temperatures. The typical Schloderer aroma arises.
With all this, you as a guest of our house are there live, with our brewer happy to answer your questions. You sit directly in the 10hl brewhouse between the imposing copper kettles and enjoy our beer and delicacies from the menu.
