A total of around 25 historic trams, buses and work vehicles from different epochs await the interested visitors on more than 5,000 square meters. Display boards with photos and texts inform about manufacturers, technical data and the "CVs of the exhibits". In addition, various topics such as city history, development of transport, history of technology in general, uniforms and accessories, signage and advertising, signals, machines, tools and the functions of the control center for bus and tram are presented vividly.

For refreshment after the museum tour, a small bistro area is available to visitors in the entrance area. Here you can also find a selection of fan articles and souvenirs such as vehicle models, books, videos u. ä.

• Opening hours Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 11am to 5pm (Subject to change for operational reasons) In August the museum is closed.

On all opening days there is also a half-hour bus shuttle from Giesing station. Depending on availability, vintage buses are used in the summer months, weather permitting.

Two disabled parking spaces are available directly at the museum. There is a disabled toilet in the museum. The gallery on the 1st floor can also be reached by lift.
