Hamburg

With about 82 million inhabitants, Germany is the most populous member state of the European Union. Germany's capital and largest metropolis is Berlin, while its largest conurbation is the Ruhr, with its main centres of Dortmund and Essen. The country's other major cities are Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Bremen, Dresden, Hannover, and Nuremberg. Elevation ranges from the mountains of the Alps in the south to the shores of the North Sea in the northwest and the Baltic Sea  in the northeast. The forested uplands of central Germany and the lowlands of northern Germany are traversed by such major rivers as the Rhine, Danube and Elbe. Germany's alpine glaciers are experiencing deglaciation. When thinking of Germany, beer, lederhosen and Alpine hats quickly come to mind, but these stereotypes mostly relate to Bavarian culture and do not represent Germany as a whole. Germany is a vast and diverse country with 16 culturally unique states that have been politically united since 1871. Even within states there is often considerable cultural diversity.

It is home to more than 5 millions inhabitants. Hamburg is located on the Elbe a few kilometers from the North Sea. Widely bombed during the Second World War, Hamburg has preserved today some traces of its historical heritage. The city is well known for its nightlife, and famous St. Paul's district. Tourists go there to enjoy its cultural vitality: events, museums (including the Museum of Fine Arts and Decorative Arts), opera, concerts and a famous nightlife. It has preserved spaces of greenery which allow to breathe fresh air after wandering downtown. These places are found especially on the banks of the Alster. The city also has a municipal park and a botanical garden named 'Planten a Blomen'.

Everything is different here than elsewhere!

In the historic old town of Harburg, in the middle of the pretty restaurant "Lämmertwiete", is the 'Panthera capital'. Maybe you will not notice this when entering the restaurant, and maybe you will not notice it at all, because the heart and soul, which is here in the origin of all Rodizios, can be found in many small details that present themselves to the guest as a whole.

Everything is a little different on this side of the Elbe. Cozier and familiar say the one, heartfelt and without fancy say the others. This could be due to the fact that Harburg has only been in Hamburg for 75 years (!) And has therefore preserved something of its own.
