Savoy Kino Hamburg

The new SAVOY movie enjoyment in the original! The traditional movie theater "Savoy" on the Steindamm was reopened as the new OV cinema in Hamburg. After a four-month renovation phase, the Hamburger awaits a movie theater that is reminiscent of the splendor of the heyday of cinemas.

The official opening of the "Savoy" cinema took place on March 14, 1957. In the presence of numerous guests of honor, a compilation of the first Todd AOStreifen was shown during a gala performance in favor of the Filmkünstlernothilfe, which, according to the press, left an extremely lasting impression on the premiere audience
