General Rules for Prize Games of the Merlin Entertainments Group

(July 2015)

1. Validity of terms

1.1

The competitions of the Merlin Entertainments Group made on the basis of these Conditions for sweepstakes (the "Terms and Conditions") and the Special Conditions of Participation, which will be announced by the respective lottery.

The competitions are each performed by one of the following companies of the Merlin Entertainments Group:

• Merlin Entertainments Group Germany GmbH,

• SEA LIFE Germany GmbH,

• SEA LIFE Konstanz GmbH,

• Dungeon Germany GmbH,

• LEGOLAND Discovery Center GmbH,

• Madame Tussauds Germany GmbH,

 

this, possibly in cooperation with a partner. The promotional game by leading company Merlin Entertainments Group and possibly the partners are specifically mentioned in the relevant lottery and its description.

 

2. participants

2.1

To participate in our raffle natural persons are entitled from the age of 18.

2.2

Any person may participate only once per contest.

2.3
