Gibraltar

Gibraltar is a heavily fortified British air and naval base that guards the Strait of Gibraltar, which is the only entrance to the Mediterranean Sea from the Atlantic Ocean. Gibraltar is less than 7 square kilometres, so most of it can be seen on foot. On the must sees on your list you should include the Europa Point, from which the coast of Africa can be seen. For those not afraid of walking, you should definitely go to the The Mediterranian Steps. This is a walk that starts at Jew's Gate bird observatory and winds its way up the east side of the rock to the top. If you fancy dining waterside the marinas like Marina Bay are worth a visit.
