In Icelandic, "Á" simply means a river, and Hvítá ("White River") is the name of the beautiful glacial river

The hotel is situated in the centre of Patreksfjordur and it is an ideal starting point for trips and walks around the area. Beautiful setting, our room overlooked the fjord at it was the most amazing view to wake up to.
