Swargadwar Beach, Puri, Odisha

Swargadwar Beach is one of the liveliest beaches in Puri, Odisha. It is located about 2 kilometres away from the famed Puri Jagannath Temple. The beach has religious significance as Hindus believe that Lord Jagannath first set foot on planet earth at the Swargadwar Beach. It is one of the best beaches in eastern India for sea bathing and sun tanning.
