Ristorante Albergo Pizzeria La Pineta is located just a few kilometers from the historic town of Cingoli, in the province of Macerata. The structure was born at the beginning of 1970 with the family Supri Silvestrini, from now until today is managed by Mr. Lina Spuri Silvestrini. It is a family-run restaurant, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and you will find various local specialties, as well as gluten-free dishes and pizza. For lovers of horseback riding, or for all those who want to get closer to the world of horses, Hotel La Pineta has agreements with the Centro Equiturist Cingoli A.S.D. The property is located in a beautiful pine forest where you can make nature excursions in the countryside. It is 5 km from the Castriccioni Lake and is the largest artificial basin in the Marche and central Italy, rich in aquatic fauna and migratory birds. The environment is particularly impressive, with the profile of the mountains around the reflecting water on the lake in a thousand colors. Work on the construction of this artificial basin began in 1981, ending six years later. Today the dam, 67 meters high and 280 meters long, represents an impressive spectacle, an example of how man can intervene on nature without, however, altering the balance too much. It is a destination for walks and excursions, but also for school trips, as it is possible to visit the galleries where the operation of the machinery is controlled. A place, therefore, of scientific interest, as well as nature, but also a place full of leisure equipment. The wide basin of the lake is furrowed, in the beautiful days, by sailboats and pedal boats, while in summer the beaches are besieged by the vacationers. The lake, located as it is in a mountain area, in fact becomes a great attraction for those who do not want to lose a swim or a sunbath.
