Chiesa Santa Maria del Bosco Cuneo

The cathedral of Santa Maria del Bosco is the main place of Catholic worship in Cuneo, an episcopal seat of the diocese. The ancient facade was not in line with the street, then the architect Antonio Bono was asked to create a new facade superimposed on the old one in line with the street. The present facade has a portico, four Corinthian columns, and a typically neoclassical tympanum. © Mara Noveni
