The Benigni Restaurant was born in the early 1900s as an inn tavern; then in time expanded and restructured. In the center of the original room, there is a large fireplace where meats, vegetables and scamorza are cooked on the spit. The kitchen is like that of a time where everything is done at home, from pasta (fettuccine, pappardelle, gnocchi, ravioli etc.) to bread (cooked in a wood oven) to desserts. In the evening you can taste the special light and crunchy Roman pizzas, in a wood oven, made with organic flours and sourdough yeast. Vegetarians and vegans can find a wide selection of vegetables at the buffet, along with a green menu with about 50 recipes without the use of animal substances. It is also possible to stay in a hotel where we have twenty rooms, all renovated, with services, air conditioning, TV, telephone and free internet access. We will be happy to accommodate you.
