The carnival of Acireale

The most beautiful carnival of Sicily takes place in the stunning town of Acireale. The capital of the Sicilian Baroque becomes an explosion of colors and scents, celebrated by masks, huge and flowered floats, concerts and rich of events full of fun. In the center of the city, a parade of allegorical floats, perfectly built by master craftsmen, with spectacular scenery and a design that takes months of work.
