The Lightouse, Portofino

For an aperitif – and not only – with a breath-taking view of the Gulf of Tigullio, there is a special place: the lounge bar Il Faro di Portofino (the Lighthouse of Portofino), at the most “extreme” and suggestive point of the promontory, reachable only by foot with a short hike from Portofino’s Piazzetta till the base of the lighthouse. © iStock/izanbar
