Taras Shevchenko Museum in Mangystau region

This is a musem named after Taras Shevchenko, who was a poet and an artist from Ukraine deported to West Kazakhstan for his poems that invited people to fight for the freedom of speech. The museum consist of a large collection of his written works, paintings, and personal belongings.
