The museum was opened in an open European park in 1991 on the initiative of sculptor Amber Karos. The European Art Museum is an expression of the geographical center of Europe's continent. The museum is being created as a ensemble of natural and artistic works.

The European park of the British newspaper The Independent is included in the fifty most impressive art museums in the world. Destination Art is recognized as the unique destination of our country, which is worth visiting Lithuania.

More than 100 sculptures created by artists from different countries of the world, including the most famous works of modern and contemporary art, are exhibited in the 55-hectare artistic landscape. Here you can see the world's largest art piece from television, captured by Guinness World Records.

The activities of the European Parliament Museum of the public institution were recognized by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as an important cultural project for the state.
