Try a broodje gezond (‘sandwich healthy’), a popular classic in the Netherlands (not just at Broodje Ben), which consists of a boiled egg, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber and lettuce, or try something different like salmon with truffle mayonnaise or goat cheese with fig.
