**Learn about the history of (delicious) bakery. **

Something that the Dutch know how to do well is baking. Bread, pastries, poffertjes... The smell of these baked goods will make you want to try all of them! At Dutch Bakery Museum The Warm Land, you can learn about the history of Dutch baking.

Located in the picturesque fortified town of Hattem, four beautiful monuments, connected by a tunnel under the street, show the rich history of bread and pastries. Take a look at the daily life of a baker, how they did it back in the day and now, and let yourself be carried away by the rich history of bread and pastries.

Visit the mueseum shop with an interior from 1900 where you will find souvenirs, home baking products, cookbooks and more, or try some delicious poffertjes, traditional, Dutch, fluffy little pancakes.

There is even a museum theatre. There are 'Bread Shows' that take place regularly, where humor and handicraft always go hand in hand. The baker explains the history of bread while he shows you his skills with dough.
