  • One man had a mission. To collect rare artifacts from around the world all about the history and culture of cannabis. Museum founder Ben Dronkers discovered over 9,000 items between the Amsterdam and Barcelona locations!
  • Put aside your preconceived notions. Come to the Hash and Marihuana Museum to learn about the history behind cannabis. It all began during ancient rituals and has evolved over time into the modern use for both medical and recreational use. You can gaze at the antique hemp tools, pop culture paraphernalia, 19th century cannabis bottles, and other green tree related items. It’s definitely a unique museum to visit in Amsterdam!
  • The history of smoking is an exhibit in the museum, showcasing artwork of people using various smoking devices. There are also hundreds of pipes displayed throughout the museum, some even made from white limestone. With all that being said, maybe leave the kids at home for this experience.
