He needed the extra help because this painting is huge! The massive seascape stands at an astounding 14 meters in height and 120 meters in circumference! Size isn’t the only thing impressive about it - the Panorama of Scheveningen is the oldest panorama in the world to be located in its original position. Real terrain is surrounding the viewing gallery, making you feel like you’ve been transported to the dunes!
