Stedelijk Museum Breda is the museum of heritage and history of the city of Breda and for contemporary image culture. Our core concepts are perception and imagination, attention and connection.

We look amazed at us and ask the visitor: What do you see? And what do you suggest? We believe that conscious interest is the basis for knowledge, inspiration and fun. With all we do, we work with partners in and out of town.

From 17 June 2017, Stedelijk Museum Breda opens its doors to the public.

We look to the world with wonder and ask the visitor: what triggers your imagination? We believe that careful observation is the source of knowledge, inspiration and pleasure. In all we do, we reach out to partners within and outside the city.

Stedelijk Museum Breda will open its doors at Boschstraat June 17th, 2017.
