MUSEUM OF HUNTING AND HORSE Royal Baths Park in Warsaw

The Hunting and Equestrian Museum is a unique European-themed museum with a natural and historical profile that combines and originally presents hunting and equestrianism. It is located in the Royal Łazienki Park in Warsaw. In the main building of the Museum (Barracks of the Cantonists, also called the Barracks of Invalides), you can see permanent nature exhibitions showing, often rare or threatened, Polish animals and birds and exotic fauna. We can watch the Polish hunting salon of the 19th / 20th century presenting trophies and art objects, often works of outstanding artists, related to the hunting culture of the Polish court of the former Polish Republic. In the. Zbigniew Prus-Niewiadomski presents horse and horse riding and riding accessories. The museum conducts comprehensive educational, exhibition and research activities. Temporary exhibitions, lectures, expert meetings, slideshows, museum lessons, birthday and name parties for children and young people are organized here. Visitors can use multimedia encyclopaedia, reading room, watch nature films, listen to nature voices. In the shop you can find souvenirs and publications of the Museum of Hunting and Riding. The exposures are fully air-conditioned and the ground floor of the main building of the Museum and Coach Station. Zbigniew Prus-Niewiadomski was adapted to the needs of the disabled.
