Alface Hall

Alface Hall is a casual, cosy cafe-bar and concert venue with a chilled atmosphere and a unique personality. It is part of the very acessible Alface Hostel in Bairro Alto. Its decoration is made of LPs covering the walls, cinema chairs, comfy sofas, antiques and a general old, curious feel. The place is known for its free but often surprising concerts. There is not exactly a stage for the musicians, rather a spot on the floor reserved to them, but that adds to the its charm! Local Jazz, Blues, Rock and Funk bands can be heard in different days of the week, and the place can go from cheerful and loud to quiet and contemplative. The music starts at 21h, and you are sure to have a good time here.
