Museu do Design e da Moda

The Museu do Design e da Moda (MUDE for short) first opened in 2009 with art collector Francisco Capelo's collection of product and fashion design. The museum works for its conservation, investigation and presentation, aswell as being open to all expressions of design, with exhibiton, creation, education and debate areas. The museum permanently collaborates with curators, artists, architects and designers, making the building a place for experiments and research.
