Praia de Quarteira

Quarteira beach (or Calçadão beach, as it is known aswell) is a long sandstrip divided in six by several pontoons that ensure calm waters throughout. Along the seaside sits the Infante Santo avenue, which provides easy access to the sand, a beautiful seaside stroll and is home to several restaurants and bars. The beach has supervision in the crowded summer months.
