The George Enescu National Museum in Bucharest was established in 1956 and is hosted by Cantacuzino Palace on Calea Victoriei .

Exposes the musician's personal documents and objects. This is where, besides the violin Enescu received a gift from an uncle of his or her doctor, at the age of four, scores of his works, diplomas and medals he was awarded, including and that of the French Legion of Honor.
