La Bottega Siciliana is a new project of Nino Graziano and Igor Vitosinsky within the framework of the Semifreddo Group (the holding includes the Cafe Accademia chain, the Il Giorno snack bar, Gutai gastropub, Klava bar, and Semifreddo-Mulinazzo restaurant).
Restaurant La Bottega Siciliana is dedicated to Sicilian cuisine and includes a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pastry shop and an ice cream parlor.
A team of chefs is invited from Italy: chef - Claudio Pirovano from Milan, chef-pizseiolo - Stefano Prosperini (Stefano Prosperini) from La Spezia.
The brand chef of the project is Nino Graziano.
