In the middle of Ljubljana’s historical center you’ll find this iconic pedestrian-only square.
Prešeren Square is the perfect starting point to discover Ljubljana, as it is right smack in the middle of the old town, and all the most famous tourist attractions are right around the corner.
In the square, you’ll be able to see some of Ljubljana’s most popular spots, such as the Franciscan Church of Annunciation and Triple Bridge.
Prešeren Square has become the main location for important city events, such as occasional protests, concerts, political events, sporting celebrations, and festivals.
