In this unique contemporary museum, kids and people of all ages can explore the history of Slovene mountaineering. The museum offers an interactive experience, where you can set off on a “mountain trail” within the museum and tackle the summit with playful tasks to solve along your trek.

At the Slovenian Alpine Museum, there’s also a virtual experience where you can do a heart-pumping zipline across the summit of Mount Triglav.

With the same playful VR technology, you can have a 360 view of other notable summits in Slovenia, like Mount Ojstrica in the Kamnik Alps and Mount Rombon.
