The Abacería is run by the family Miro, a gastronomic landmark in the city of Carmona, experience since 1978 is more than enough collateral to satisfy the most discerning palates. But if this were not enough, the grandmother Amparo brings his recipes of traditional dishes like doing for over forty years.
