Caleta de Sebo is perhaps one of the most peculiar corners of the Canary Islands. It is the 'capital' of La Graciosa, the only inhabited island of the Chinijo Archipelago Natural Park, to the northwest of Lanzarote. Boats leave daily from the village of Órzola (north of Lanzarote) which take visitors twenty minutes to reach this sanctuary of peace, with white houses and streets of blond sand, through which you can walk barefoot, like a real robinson. Tranquillity in the middle of the ocean, a place to recharge the batteries exhausted by the pace of civilisation. © iStock/nito100
