CRUCINA RESTAURANTE

Crucina is a raw food restaurant or "kitchen without a stove" or "kitchen with life". It is a contraction of "crude" and "cooking", meaning crude as "without fire", that is, without heat above 41º to preserve all the phytonutrients of food. We present surprising dishes without cholesterol, processed sugar of any kind, gluten, eggs or dairy products, prepared by hand with innovative techniques and sometimes inspired by classic European specialties such as tiramisu, lasagna or Greek moussaka.

A whole injection of energy, antioxidants, enzymes and vitamins to feel young, light and vital.

The creators of Crucina are the Greek Yorgos Ioannidis and the Spanish María Rodríguez de Vera. With a multidisciplinary and international life experience, both share a love for cooking, nutrition, good food and the desire to bring to Europe a new gastronomy with the potential to improve health and, therefore, the lives of many.
