The Museum Jorge Rando, dedicated to the painter of the same name, is an institution that houses the work by Picasso, whose museum mission will focus on the study, research, knowledge and dissemination of expressionist poetics, in the broad sense of the term, from the final decades of the nineteenth century to the present. Its opening is scheduled for late May.

The pillars stand not only as a space to house works and a documentation center but as an open space that becomes, in the words of the artist himself, in the living room of Art in Malaga. A museum is a public service, a privileged platform for the transmission of cultural and human values.

We want to use the museum as a center of communication and expression, reflection and cultural debate, where the collaboration of associations, institutions, schools, the media, artists and art lovers are indispensable and essential part. Without further ado we present the Museum Jorge Rando, its Museum.
