Joan himself has put himself in front of what is his first great project in the hostel field, after a long experience working in other prestigious restaurants. In the middle of a subtle and exquisite darkness, and an elegant decoration with minimalist touches, created by Jo Urgelles, the owner's sister, the young chef unfolds his creativity with highly elaborate author proposals based on them the best of Mediterranean cuisine.
