Bang Krachao, Bangkok

Bang Krachao is an artificial riverine island located inside Bangkok city limits. It is actively promoted as an eco-tourism destination, and has recently been nicknamed "the lungs of Bangkok". The island is really lovely, green and rural, and does not feel like a part of Bangkok at all.
