Koç Cağ kebab Erzurum

Based on the Ottoman period, the kebab of our ancestors, cag kebab, was first built in some towns and villages of Erzurum, Kars and Artvin. At that time was presented to our kebab lovers in Erzurum center in 1982 by our founder Kemal KOÇ. Koç Cağ Kebap Salonu, which has become a popular destination for local, foreign tourists, artists, politicians, scientists and scholars, has maintained its place with its superior quality and service understanding every day.
