Fuel is a new venture for Mehdi Taheri and Becky Murphy who have worked in the catering and hospitality industry for a combined amount of 16 years. With a restaurant ' Heaven Restaurant' and a catering business ' Flying B.E.D Catering' under their belts they have embarked on a new journey of clean eating.

Fuel is about knowing what you are consuming. Working on a basis of 4 steps to make your meal makes it easy to understand what it is your body needs. The ingredients we use not only make for delicious food, but also provide you with a nutritience packed meal. Pre prepared by our fantastic qualified chefs - bespoke for you, we make healthy easy.

Our vision of clean, fresh, and healthy food means none of the meals are processed or contain any addatives, colours or added sugars. All being made at our Plymouth based restaurant Heaven, with produce coming from local butchers, Fishmongers and greengrocers we can guarantee none of the food has been interfered with so you can tuck in with a sound mind. It's eating as nature intended.
